The competition and pressure that modern enterprises are facing have higher and higher requirements for their survival. On April 7, 2021, Olivier company participated in the "2021 General Motors and minshi group MOS (lean production) workshop".

The whole course focuses on seven dimensions, i.e., manufacturing excellence, cost, human resources, logistics and supply chain, environmental health and safety, quality management and management. It transforms the instrumental lean system into a modular and standardized lean management system, and finally realizes the systematization and standardization of management.

At the end of the course, we visited the operation room of minshi group and explained the implementation methods of the seven pillars of MOS operation of minshi group.
